INCLUDE Project Kick-Off Meeting was held on 27th September 2021, as a Virtual Meeting (via Microsoft Teams)

The first ever steering committee meeting was held on the 14th of June 2022 and it was hosted by the team Lund university, Sweden led by Prof. Mo Hamza.

The second steering committee meeting was held on the 30th of November, 2022 and 1st of December, 2022.

Meeting in the UK The project’s 3rd Steering Committee meeting was held in the University of Huddersfield, United Kingdom on 12th May 2023. The main purpose of this meeting was to monitor the project’s progress, meet the quality board, discuss the way forward for outputs and update on the project

Meeting in Lithuania The project’s final project meeting was held in the Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Lithuania on 15th May 2023 as a hybrid event.

Seminar with Keio University In the year 2023, India Japan Laboratory (IJL), Keio University, Japan and Global Disaster Resilience Centre, University of Huddersfield, UK (GDRC) are organising joint seminars for the PhD students researching in both universities as an international collaboration initiative to promote the exchange of ideas on research
