The second steering committee meeting was held on the 30^th of November, 2022 and 1^st of December, 2022. This meeting was hosted by the team Keio University, Japan led by Prof. Rajib Shaw. The researchers representing the University of Huddersfield presented the summary of findings of Output 1 in terms of the online survey and expert interviews conducted. The team UCLan, UK also presented the progress that has been made in terms of the Output 3 – An inclusive University-Industry digital learning platform. The respective leading partners of the following outputs further presented their initial strategies and finalised the way forward in regard to the said outputs:

1. Output 2 – A framework to reimagine online distance learning education: lead by Lund University, Sweden
2. Output 4 – Case studies with the use of disruptive technologies for disaster risk reduction: lead by Keio University, Japan
3. Output 5 – Online research repository with open educational resources: lead by Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Lithuania
